With so many practice lineages and methods of practice available these days, how do we know which one to choose? And when we do find a practice tradition we connect to, how do we know if we are doing it “right”? What kind of result should we expect? How do we discern if we are practicing authentically? And how do we work with the obstacles that arise?
During this intimate gathering, Elizabeth will address these questions and introduce various meditations as she guides participants through the life story of the Buddha and his inquiry into the human condition. There will be ample time for discussion and questions\responses.
