Buddha taught that all sentient beings without exception possess enlightened nature. Nowhere is this crucial teaching more clearly and beautifully laid out than in the Mahayana Uttaratantra Shastra, the text that Rinpoche will be teaching from this weekend. Full program description.
After the second teaching on Saturday, August 31, Rinpoche will offer refuge and bodhisattva vows. Please contact Kata Bergh if you are interested in taking either of these vows.
On Sunday afternoon, Rinpoche will conduct the Sangha Ceremony for people who have been accepted as new disciples to welcome them as members of the Mangala Shri Bhuti lineage.

WISDOM PRODUCTIONS AUDIO-VIDEO STUDY SET
This year, we’re pleased to offer the 2019 Source of Mahamudra teachings as a Wisdom Productions Audio-Video Study Set, which provides complete access to the teachings for self-paced contemplation and review. The four talks on recorded video will be available for viewing on our host site for one year from the date of posting shortly after the live event. The audio recording is downloadable, and is yours to enjoy indefinitely. This is a wonderful opportunity for students whose schedules limit participation. * Purchase details will be available shortly.
Digital Downloads will also be available as a separate product.
Beings value nothing more than their own lives. For this reason, saving lives brings tremendous merit, and has always been a central part of Mahayana Buddhism. Rinpoche and MSB students will gather together in Portland, Maine on September 2nd to buy and release lobsters back into the wild.
For questions or more information, please contact Joey Waxman.
